Instructor: Don Britton, Artist
Ages: Adults & Teens (some scholarships available for teens)

The class will focus on elements found in the desert that make beautiful subject matter. In particular, we’ll look at a desert wash as an example of a canyon in the making.  We’ll talk about how to select a subject from the many possibilities available and how to deal with the special challenges and opportunities found in the Southwest landscape.

We will use photos of Southern California desert terrain as reference material. Don will provide images, but you may also bring your own photos.

Intended for adults and teens from absolute beginners to advanced intermediate.

Class size limited to 15, so register early!
